Welcome to Oak National Academy.
We are an online classroom and resource hub created by teachers, for teachers.
Our aim is to support teachers to support their pupils. We provide a bank of high-quality, sequenced video lessons and resources for teachers to use as they wish. We’ll cover a range of subjects including maths, English, art and languages.
Teachers can use these resources to complement their own lesson planning and remote teaching until schools fully re-open. Every lesson will be free to use for every teacher and every pupil.

Oak National Academy Site
The Oak National Academy Site provides high quality daily home learning resources for the children. There is a section for Year One in the main menu and it has resources for English, Maths, Foundation subjects and P.E. There are lessons to follow with video clips. These can be done daily or weekly and would give structure to your home learning. If you would prefer to follow a sequence of lessons from day to day , simply click on the Oak National Academy image , then select online classroom from the menu. Click on schedule and choose Year 1 to find the lessons for the chosen week and day . It really is as easy as that !
Please take a look and enjoy learning with your child using this online resource. Simply set your child up with paper and a pencil and the online teacher will do the rest ! The videos are recorded and may need to be paused to give the children time to do their work.
